Climate Smart Agriculture & Careers (Grades 6-8): This five-lesson unit for grades six through eight introduces students to the intersection of energy, agriculture, and sustainability. Through hands-on activities, case studies, and creative projects, students develop systems thinking skills and explore how renewable energy sources, like methane, can support climate-smart agriculture. Fact and Activity Sheet Booklet:  Each sheet in this booklet introduces an agricultural commodity, plant nutrient, or agricultural topic. Additionally, the sheets provide ideas for using this information in a lesson or activity. The set includes the recently added fact sheets: lettuce, pickling cucumbers, pork, and poultry.
